Hey all you CRH experts! Newbie here from Dallas area. As I mentioned in my intro post, I've been lurking for a while, just trying to absorb as much as possible while "playing" with a few boxes of cents and nickels here and there. I recently decided I want to get a little more serious about CRH so I started making some phone calls this morning and low and behold I found a WF branch nearby with 40 CWR of halves, then I stopped by Chase to cash a check and they happened to have 3 more (2 were MWR). Needless to say, I don't know how I'm going to get anything done at work the rest of the day. I'm just pumped to get home and go through them.

Anyone want to place bets on what's in there? :laughing7:

Anyway, thanks for a great site and all the great advice for us clueless newbs!

Good luck and may the silver gawdz be with you!
My bet is 2 40%'s and 1 90%!

Since beginner's luck is in play on this, I'm guessing 7 x 40%, a Franklin and a Walker...Good luck! :icon_thumright:

Well, no beginner's luck here. It appears that I have found someone's dump bank. Of the 7 MWRs, 4 were slit down the side. Everything else was 71-2001 and no 87s Complete skunk! Blah!

Welcome to Coin Roll Hunting! :laughing7:

7 skunk MWRs is hardly enough to be disappointed about... Someone in another thread was talking about a 100+ BOX skunk streak, meaning a 5,000+ MWR skunk streak.

It was a 43 roll skunk. All but 7 were CWR, hence the comment about finding someone's dump. And I understand it's the luck of the draw. Tonight I will stop by Chase and grab a few boxes of cents, clean the Ryedale, and make some noise. Tomorrow I dump the halves at the CU that won't sell me counter bags. Then start the cycle over again! :headbang:
