New Dirt = Relics, Silver, IHC

Hello All. Dug a new permission after work, a lot in the center of a small town, could only dig for 1.5-HRs before dark but I found some nice items including:

Old hardware
Wheatie
Buckle
Edison Phonograph Piece
Nice Merc
Weird but cool whatzit
Totally unexpected IH

The owner said the abandoned house was 1940's and had been moved on to the site several years ago so I did not expect much...but I was pleasantly wrong. Right away I began to dig pieces of old turpentine pots which is a good sign. Then things began to pop. Will definitely go back later in the week.

That 1.5 hours was well spent finding both a mercury dime and I.H Penny .Those earlier dimes are harder to come by. Great hunt site you have found.Return and clear it out.

Congrats on pulling some nice old coins and relics. Looks like a target rich site. There may be many coins being masked by the trash/relics. Good luck and keep us posted of future finds.
