Read most of the posts on the electrolysis way of cleaning coins and thought it sounded like a good idea (if somewhat dangerous)
.
Seems to work really well. What length of time would you expect to take to clean a moderately dirty coin with a 6volt 600 milliamp power source
I tried with a 30volt 500 milliamp power source and the dirt flew off but the power pack started making ticking noises so I freaked and unplugged it.
I think I need something in a 12volt.
Any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear them.
