NEW FIND- TOOLED ROCK

Yesterday I found this rock, it appears to be tooled mudstone. It has marks on both sides of the pointed end. One side appears to be grooves of diff. length and spacing, the other side has grooved lines with indented dots between them. Any ideas out there? Is it Amerindian art work? Or something a D-9 crawled over.
