New Find What Is It?

I found this yesterday detecting need help with id. It's metal sticks to magnet but is not magnetic itself if in the light it has very small spots that glimmer in the light has a crust like coating that is not magnetic if scraped off. I took a dremal tool and filed a small spot which seems to be some type of metal it is very heavy maybe heavier than lead.What is this?

looks like a cannonball frag but the 2nd pic where i see a real shiny section is throwing it all off.

Second pic is where i filed off a very small spot to expose what it is made of. It looks like a rock but is made of metal not sure if a cannon ball frag or not i would think the top layer that i scraped off would be rust and would be attracted to a magnet?
