Still not bad. A bad day hunting is better than.... lol ya know what I mean. Thanks for posting. I just need to hunt.

Ogallala Chert.. Thanks man ive been trying to find out what this Flint this was called.. This Place is on White Oak Creek..
 

You know, its funny about artifacts from that material. Of course down your way, folks get tired of finding it, and a lot of the stuff is crude. As you get farther from the quarry area, like up here along the Red River, and points and stuff from that are generally fine as can be and resharpened several times over or else, they are worn down to a nub. Sort of like when one finds novaculite in Titus or Franklin county.
