Good morning everyone, Hopefully everyone is healthy and safe.I was able to get out a few times after work this week.Found some cool items I wanted to share.I did go to old fair ground and it was a bust ,lots of trash as expected.lol.I found one item which I don't know what it is,It was deep and in second layer of soil,it wasn't far from musket ball.It seems crudely made but has a pattern on it and is shaped like a lever.Anyone have any thoughts.I would love to identify it.I was thinking possible part to musket? IDK.
Have a great day everyone,and thanks 🙏

I forgot to mention that one of my finds I didn't post due to having a family in towns name on it.Any way It is I believe his dairy mans licence,it's a brass tag 3 inches long 1 inch wide was attached to a piece of deteriated leather.I researched it he was born in 1877.His descendents still live in town .The house was built in 1836.and still in family.Anyway I intend to give back to them soon.Just wanted to share the story, maybe I'll get access there? 😂 Enjoy everyone

That second item might be a bannerstone(?)--not sure--I only recently learned of them.

Nice grouping of recoveries. Congrats

Well done on the heel plate, and crotal bell.

Can't get a real good sense on the 2nd item.
A size would be good, as well as close up photo on a neutral background in natural lighting. (Asking for a lot-sorry)
It's an interesting looking item.

I wish it was a banner stone.Sorry for bad pictures,it's not very big at all does look like banner stone but is brass and copper I believe.Thank you

When you post pictures of finds asking what they might be it is very important to post pictures of all sides.

Nice finds, congrats!
The second item looks like it could be a gun part to me, will wait for better pics.

Good pics. Still drawing a blank though. It looks familiar to me, maybe it'll come to me when I stop thinking about it.
