hey guys, new here, been hunting for about 2 wks now, got a bunch of clad so far, my coolest find was a silver spoon from the manufacturer "fairchild" i dated a similar one back to 1912. I have absolutely no clue where to find the silver coins around here........

I went looking and found some Sanborn maps of my area from 1880 - 1920 and have been studying those. Might be a good place to start. Just look for areas that used to have houses or businesses. Good Luck and HH.

I see your from coal country "Scranton" Pa.Been through there many times.
Have you detected your own property or yard yet? People has found silver coins right off their own front porch.Also good suggestion up above.
