New guy from Portland Oregon area

Hi All,

New guy to the forum here. I started off years ago when I was a teenager, purchased a Whites 6000DI {Think sometime about 1984}, which I have not used in many years, it needs some TLC that I can not get from Whites. I also have a Keene A52 sluice which I do use a lot and get out when ever I can.

My wife is starting to show interest in my hobbies and she is thinking about buying a metal detector, she is looking at the XP DEUS and the equinox 600 or 800.

So hope to learn some new stuff from you all and hope to contribute as much as I can.
