New headphone pairing

Bought new WS5 headphones...when I previously upgraded to version 5.21 I first paired my older headphones and then when prompted paired the new ones. However after everything seemed to upgrade and pair properly the new headphones are not working. Now I want to pair the new headphones only....do I "upgrade" again to 5.21 and pair the new ones or do I have to downgrade to a lower version and then back up. I have never been able to find out how to pair a new set of headphones without upgrading. Thanks

Don't you have to delete the older pair from the controller and then pair (add) the new set?

I will try that...I just wasn't sure what to do.

Figured it out....on new headphones entered the serial number of the coil and it paired...I checked the old and it is also working so have a new headphone and older headphone as a backup
