New Member from New Orleans area

Just joined will try to post any finds when my new Garrett detector gets to me.Lost my old one to Katrina and 16 ft of water for 11 days.
I live real close 1000yds to Chalmette Battlefield ,(Battle of New Orleans 1815) Have found musket balls in my backyard.Hope to get diggin real soon

Let me be the fourth to welcome you to the forum. I hate to hear about the loss of town like that. It is bouncing back quickly though. There was just a TNET member in your town a couple of days ago.
