I set up a profile about a year ago to read, but I never posted or commented on anything. So this is my first post. I have become an avid metal detector operator and part time Spanish trail seeker over the last few years. Well, the last few months as far as metal detecting goes, but I have had one for years. I have found some cool indications of a Spanish presence in a remote desert area off the main, known, Spanish trail with some interesting markers and I have had fun doing research. Anyway, Hello.

You've found a great place for information and fellow treasure hunters -- welcome to our community!

Thank you. Sometime soon I am going to post some pictures of markers and symbols over in the signs and symbols forum. I am looking forward to being an active participant here. I hope. haha. Not many things are more fun then exploration and metal detecting.

Welcome,

I wonder if you’ve been in my neck of the woods? A part of the trail, I believe, goes through a friends property. That would be on Ucolo Rd on the UT/CO boarder near Monticello.

Hello, I have been out there and yes it does wonder through there I believe. I haven't spent much time out there though, but I would like to. I am usually closer to Moab/Green River area.
