Hi, I am from LA (Lower Alabama), bought a White's Quantum II a few years back. Got to busy and it has been in the closet until a couple of weeks ago. My son wanted to borrow it and he went to the beach a couple times and guess what? He found 2 gold rings, which sold for little over $ 200.00. He lit my fire again, we live close to the beach and being semi-retired I have no excuse now. Being a novice and new hunter, any advise would be appreciated. I have purchased a new Garrett AT Pro at the advise of a local neighbor who has one. I have't received it as they said they were waiting for a shipment from the factory. I hope to get it before we go on a short vacation to Panama City Beach, FL in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to a lot of fun in MDing.
