New odd find in woods

The area this was found was in the woods. There was a farm here back in the early 30s to 50s maybe pushing into the 60s.

No idea what it is. Definitely had a handle.
My foot/shoe is size 12 for size relation.

Looks like a come-a-long for dragging concrete around inside the forms. It's beat & bent up & missing the handle.

I think they're called "placers" too.
