Canadian:
COPPER 1815.
Britannia seated, holding a trident & olive Branch. HALF-PENNY TOKEN.
Small bust of George III to right, laureated.

As romeo said a Trade and Navigation token

I am just guessing that with Trade and Navigation token, the navigation part would be like the tokens used
here for going through boat locks? Would that be then the Trade part? So to see its not a local token, but
one that was produced by a mint or factory.

WOODY50 from what i read so far between 1810 -- 1820 Brittish rule was short
on small coinage but thy did not feel like producing more so thy gave approval
for private companies to make equal token on there behalf .But that did not work
out for long . Mike
