New Park - Some silver and buttons

Tried a Baltimore County park this week. First trip there was Tuesday and I dug two silver Washingtons and a surprise coin - 1902 Indian.


Returned today hoping to stay on the silver streak but, alas, didn't dig that metal. Got about $3.20 in clad.
There were also several buttons:

A General Services button (WWII or WWI?)

Then came a button from about 9 inches down, a very beaten up flat button -

Last button is the newest? It is aluminum with a script "n" on front and a hatched pattern on the back with what look like two Chinese? characters near the loop.


Any ideas on the characters and what they say?

Gotta love washingtons. Haven't found one out of the dirt since April. A couple beat Saltwater ones. Hoping I get even one tomorrow, I'd be thrilled with 2 like you!

Nice stuff, and it spans 100 years! The aluminum buttons does look like it has Chinese characters on it. Geez, I haven't used the detector since early June.

Hey McD, great stuff! Love those Washingtons, they sound sooo good and are fun to find. Can't help with the button....maybe an early "made in China" insignia..lol. Congrats on you silvers...Ddf.

I’ve only found one of those WW1 or 2 buttons and I love them. They hold up so well I find.
