new place to detect

i got the inside scoop on an old house that was been torn down by my wifes friend, so i drove by the place and low and behold the owners was there.
two ladies in their early 40s ,so i stopped and started a conversation up with them and finally worked the nerves up enough to ask permission to detect the place .
they had a conversation between themselves and then told me yes, but i have to sign a waiver of liability in case im somehow injured on their property and i can only detect the area once the house is totally torn down.
there is a total of 10 acres to detect and the house dates back to the late 1800s, so im praying for some good finds.
the house should be on the ground late tonight, so at daybreak on sunday october the 26, i know where im going to be.

i had to run over to town, so i went by the house and id say 75% of it was on the ground.
it got me excited so went i got back home i went to my backyard and hit it for about twenty minutes and it produced a few what is its and a solitary coin find...a 1953 d wheatie, in great condition.
ive got a halloween supper/party to go to, so i gotta run...
im hoping my sister in law will loan me her camera to take pics...
