New program question

Just finished downloaded V4. What's this new "deep" program and the screen layout? How does it work. I'm a newb to the Deus, sorry.

The screen layout question is one I can answer. I'm still waiting for an answer to the "what is" part of your question.

The screen layout is what they call their "X/Y" or "Oscilloscope" screen. The V4 manual (online) explains it better than I can. It is an updated and (IMO, improved) version of a "hidden" option they had in previous versions. You can read about it here:
