Got permission at an old house buried in an industrial complex near me. I pass it every so often, today I found the owner. He gave me carte blanche for digging 
Not bad for a first day. Both dimes were in the same hole, and the axe head was a few inches deeper about 3 feet away.

It seems the original home was built in 1780, and torn down to build the current home. This date stone is from the original home but the current house was built in the mid-1800s.

Can't wait to go back tomorrow.
