Went out today for a nice long bike ride, i was planning on dropping a magnet in that cistern thingy out in the woods but i got chased out of the woods by a crazy loose dog 
So anyway i took a bike ride around my town and saw several great places to detect, the Town Pound from the 1800's and also a resivoir pump house. I dont think anyone will care if i detect around the pump house on the resivoir as the town over from me owns it and they hardly ever come by, the town pound ill need permission from the land-owner, who i think owns mount wachussett ski mountain in my town...i guess ill have to knock on their door and ask permission sometime....
