Scoped out a new spot and my friend found the button. Went over to an old cellar hole we've heavily detected over the last couple of years and i found the buckle and the bell there. Usually, when I find bells of this style they don't ring, the pellet is rusted away. This one rings great and at the top of it you can see a bit of leather still attached. Glad to finally get back detecting!!

Sweet finds. Those two targets you dug seem like a good indication that there is more at that cellar hole to dig. I'm sure they both gave off killer signals on your detector. I love those batwing buckles. I would hit that spot a few more times.

Nice buckle and bell, I posted half of one those buckles in my latest post
