new spot still giving goodies /small item pendant ?

hello back to the spot i found a few weeks back still finding goodies 1898 ih small bottle with glass tube found inside.a small buckle and this small looking pendant looking thing looks like some gold inlay or filling ,,any ideas what it is its flat on the bottom,thanks for looking
