New to site. Can't find how to post new thread.

Hi. I'm new to the site this morning. Biggest reason for joining other than seeing what everyone else is finding but to see if anyone could help identify a ring I found a few weeks back. Only problem is I can't seem to find where or how to post a new thread. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
