A friend just gave me eleven five gallon buckets of bottles he dug. I was wondering if someone could suggest some books on value, collectability and value of bottles.

Any help would be great.

Careful on the scrubbing. Scrub the insides til the cows come home. Anything with silk screen (painted names) is probably pretty fragile after being buried. From what I can see, most of the bottles with resale value are the ones with painting. Personally it looks like a great jump on a cool collection. You have cool friends! Bongo

Thanks bongo. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on cleaning the inside of the bottles. Some of them have opening that are small half inch and smaller. I don't think a bottle brush will fit into them.
