New year, New permission lands a odd variant pre civil war buckle

Got confirmation of my new permission yesterday and made plans to meet the owner this morning. I had no idea that after about 30 minutes of swinging I’d dig this.

I have not been able to identify exactly which one this is, so help if you can and happy hunting in the new year!

I saw this one also, but noticed on mine the eagle is only holding three arrows. Very close though.
