New Years Day score!

There has been no sales due to old man winter in MN so looking for a treasure hunt.We decided to go to an auction advertising jewelry and antiques. Bought all if this plus a bunch of costume jewelry in a flat for $30 plus 5% buyers premium. Only one person bidding against me on this. 11grams 14k and one tiny diamond. The rest is gold plated or filled and the pocket watch is missing the winder knob on top and the crystal is missing to but....

That's incredible... I wish I could find auctions like that. Over $250 in gold for $32 I'll take that all day. Great score.

Great buys. Wish auctions went like that with jewlery here. People see gold or silver tone they pay extreme prices. That box would have fetched 6-700.

That's a great way to start the New Year. Great Score. I've never bought anything at an auction, hardly ever been to any either.

Usually don't find this kind of a deal but like I said, I think everyone was hung over or there for other "antiques". . Lucky day for sure!! Wish it was that easy all the time!
