I was there on the 9th during the rock fish fishing 3 day season. I managed to come up with a few coins and one ring ths time.

Wow...I didn't find anything that nice. What are the details on the ring? Looks like real diamonds.

The wreck was out much more when I was there. Most of the finds were south of the Food Lion access and between the Currituck Beach access. I actually found the ring a little further south of that. I did ride up past the horse fence and saw the basking shark. It was somewhat covered, but did have a smell. Check out the video........
