Newbee needs help with two items

[Shake-N-Bake]

Hello all I am new to MD, on my first trip out to a field near the battle of Saratoga (NY, Revolution War) I found these two items. Can anyone give advice on maybe what they are or maybe some place to research them. I have seen a few drawing of Revolution war uniforms and the one may be a buckle. The other I am not quite sure. The bell shaped one has a lot of very fine detail.
I can't wait to return in the spring due to snow because property owner has found cannon balls in his garden...

I found a similiar fan shaped silver pendant this summer....from an old indian agency house /fort site....... what does the back of that look like?
