when to wrightsville beach this morning with my new Tereso silver UMAX
found some coins nickel and a few pennies also some nails and a tent spike was there for only 1 hr
and the tereso works great i used it in all metal mode dug everything yehhh...any suggestions for anyone about how to use it close to the water
it kinda went nuts when i got into the weter sand with lots of shells

Unfotunately, some detectors are just not real good for beach detecting. Minerals and such in the sand complicate things. I sell detectors for Minelab and if beach detecting is you nich you may want to consider a new unit. cheers
