Newbie to MD and new to Wilmington DE area

I have been MD for a couple months now and am totally addicted!! I have two machines, both whites.... First one is prism 6T and just recently purchased the VX3.....
Looking for some people around northern Wilmington or even some info on places to try.
I have been doing some parks and ball fields and actually first time out I found a 14k with diamond US Navy ring!!! Appraised in weight value and diamond for 350$......
Any thoughts or help will be greatly appreciated!!!
