Newest AG find - not coin but cool

was walking around our store trying to get my right ankle to stop hurting when I saw something by the coinstar and picked it up. It's about the size of a dime, maybe a bit larger. On one size it has a picture of a monk holding a baby, both with holy halos around their heads. then on the other side is a curving rose with Italy along the bottom. It was tarnished, so I cleaned it and its silver. I am thinking its a religious medallion of some sort. Can't tell if its all silver or just silver plated. Still a pretty neat find. It's going right next to my silverplated fork and 6 sterling silver spoons I found at various 2nd hand stores. I think I am going to google about the medallion and check it out.
