NHRA Goodyear Drag racing tire?

Found this the other day. I guess some one didnt feel like moving it to their new home.
It appear to be a top fuel dragster type tire. The size is 36.0x17.5-16 , what ever all that means.
The only one I've found as comparison on ebay, was one about the same size, but autographed by a driver, and sold for $300.
Any ideas what I just this might be worth on its own? Seem like some race fan could make a interesting coffee table with the right size piece of glass over it.

I think the numbers mean the tire is 36" tall, 17.5" wide, and fits on a 16" rim.
