Nice day at the park; found 1.7 Wheaties

Nothing too special today, but I did find most of a 194? wheat cent and 1 complete one. Nice stack of quarters too. Also found an odd copper thingie which I guess I'll put in What Is It. It's folded and has a little indent along the bottom. One side has numerous shallow grooves and the other side is plain.

Also found a blah piece of aluminum but it piqued my interest when I noticed some old-timey numbers on it. Any clues?
