Very nice find! The curve at the base adds a nice touch to the piece. Pretty flint too.

Thanks guys. The cool part is how he found it. I was walking along when I spotted 3 or 4 pottery sherds laying right together. I called him over to show him. He suggested scrapeing around for more. I watched as he removed thin layers in the surrounding soil. As he did sure enough more sherds began to appear and then to my amazement out popped the point. Pretty good work and a nifty new way of looking for artifacts. I'll have to try it myself. UNITAS

If I were you I would sift that area square foot by square foot! Nice find

Looks like a Camp Creek to me. Is the material Flint Ridge? It looks nice ... good job!
