Nice piece................I'm really starting to like relic hunting and the interesting pieces that people are finding.
 

Turned out pretty well.... Electrolysis revealed a logo on the front of the lock. It ended up being a Fraim-Slaymaker lock from 1925-1929. Arm won't move, but I'm okay with that. It's still pretty pitted, but a neat find either way!

I agree with RC that relics are starting to move forward in my list of wants. I sure thought that lock was older than 1920's. it just has that look of an 1800's one to me. Very nice recovery. Thanks for sharing.
