Nice Merc

Been a bit of a dry spell. Nice to be back on the board.



Scoured an old park. Pulled a beautiful Mercury Dime out of the ground. The wheats, not so pretty.



Also found what I believe is a copper or brass bracelet. Shame it is bent out of shape. A bit crude in design. The pattern was created by punching holes in the back of the band.

1937 Mercury Dime
(6) Wheatback pennies...1937, 1944, 1944-D, 1945, 1946, 1950-D
Copper bracelet?

That's a sweet merc with very little wear before it was lost, congrats!

Congrats on the very nice Merc. The fact that you were also able to pull out all those wheaties makes me think that there has to be more silver to find.
