Nice old token! seiko watch, old lock, old copper address book and more.

Went to an old house tear down for the day again. Found a few wheat's, one was a 1917 ? , found a (woodmen of the world golden anniversary token) 1890 - 1940. The Seiko watch was in good shape and might work, have to get a batt. for it. the copper address book is a Texas souvenir item. No silver, but it was a good day. The lock, I heard , is from around 1890- 1920s. Thanks for looking!
