Weather was nice in Southern Wisconsin got up to 51F Got the Ace 250 out and went to a park close to the house.. found some clad coins and on the way back to the car after about 1 1/2 hours I got this nice reading on the Ace,,, I dug down about 3" and this pretty looking Silver 1964 Canadian 25 cent piece was looking back at me . The pics of it is are as it was when I took it out of the ground,, No cleaning at all. First time this late in the winter I was able to get out. By now we usually have 4 to 8 feet of snow on the ground... For the fun of it I checked out E Bay and they were asking from $9.00 to 16.00 dollars for one of these . I will add it to my collection of coins. Was a great feeling this time of year to be able to get out and find a Silver coin on top of it. Also found bunch of clad coins $1.57 worth to start my new year..
Hope the pics are nice and clear to check out my find... Shane

it's ashame the coins nowadays aren't silver, they are such a better presentation coming out of the ground.

Congrats, Bill

Silver is Silver... Glad you could get out :icon_thumright:

That's a nice Canadian Shane, way to go!..I really like the Canadians and Silver dollars....Especially the one with a canoe on the back. 80% Silver.
