I was at this estate sale yesterday, and hidden among a lot of overpriced bottles was this "Venetian Horse Liniment" bottle. What caught my eye was the sloppily applied lip with a beautiful drip. For $2, how could I go wrong?
Thought you guys might find it somewhat interesting to. There's just something about drippy hand applied lips that I really like.

Is it a Dr Tobias? Looks like a good one. Can we see a picture of the bass?
 

another new one for me . do you know were it is out of ?
 

Dr Tobias was from New York City. Bottles date from the early 1850's till after 1900. The base would give us a better idea when this bottle was produced. It looks like a Dr Tobias for sure.
 

Yes it is Dr Tobias. I will post pictures as soon as possible.
