Pretty good day. Got some good finds and didn't have to dig a ton of trash.:hello2:

Store card obverse 083123.webpStore card reverse 083123.webp

Got this nice store card today. The elusive 1864 date, minted after Congress passed a law allowing only the government to issue money.
J. Decker, Groceries & Provisions, Ligonier, Indiana.

Shield Nickel Obverse 083123.webpShield Nickel Reverse 083123.webp

And got this nice 1867 nickel to boot.

Small coppers 083123.webp

And these are the not so nice finds. A crusty Indian head, 1894, I think. And what I believe is a flying eagle cent. Pretty damaged.

Today's finds...

1864 Store Card, J. Decker Groceries and Provisions, Ligonier, Indiana.
1867 Shield Nickel
1894 (?) Indian Head Penny
Flying Eagle Cent (?), date illegible
