I would say clipped planchet, but I am not an expert on this. Nice find :thumbsup:
 

Yep. It's definitely a genuine mint error clipped planchet. I can see the Blakesly effect opposite the clip. This edge weakness is typical on clipped coins directly across from the clip.

Hey, thanks for that input. I also thought so to. I saw the other side which you were explaining and to me did not look right at all on top of all that. I'll post a beeter pic if I can.
