Found this metal detecting around where a old house had stood was built over thought I would find nothing several long hours of junk and some neat broken glass I was about to give up than this neat trinket came up

No size reference, but the rectangular loop on top looks like a watch fob loop. Venezia is Italian for Venice, so it is probably a souvenir watch fob from Venice, Italy. The Lion of St Marks is also a symbol associated with that city.
