NO MINT MARK ON 1939 WHEATIE

today I got a 1939 wheatie with no mint mark. is this normal? I can't really find anything on the internet. thank you for any help.

no mint marks normally are from the Philly Mint.

Ok a 1939 without mint mark Phil minted 316,476,520 and are worth 10 cents in F-12 up to $3.00 in MS-65
