Let me be the first in many months that this section of the forum has been available....

See that little shoolhouse in the upper left corner? It is/was actually to the east of the N/S road (Fair Oaks). The newer building is there and I hunt it all the time. Its Benjamin School, Dist 25. Its nearly in my yard, lol. The property has been redone many times over the year, but I did find an old 3 ring bullet there. Other than that just clad dropped by the kids. Wife works for 25, lol.

In fact I worked for Lombard for 28+ years so the map caught my eye.

My hometown.... And I work there! The museum on grace street next to the tracks has a bunch of stuff with Lombard history. I'll post up some stuff from there.
