No silver this week--cheap ring and foreign coin

The last two weeks I was able to find a few silver coins. This weekend I tried a new silver program and was impressed with the results. No silver, but the depth was nice and if there were any to be found there, I might have, since I found a 43 and 39 wheatie at about 6-7 inches and good indication on the sonagraph.? The first target was a cheap ring at 6inches.? I thought it might be silver, until I saw the bottom half broken.? After getting it out of the hole, I concluded it was a cheap ring.? But nice, since it's the first one at this site.? That was yesterday.? Today I went to the park and used my park program.? Found a number of clad coins, and this "Un Peso." Registered 27 on the Spectrum, and the size just larger than a quarter.? I didn't post the ring since it is really ate up.? Still, enjoyed the thrill of the hunt, and that's what is all about.

Yes you can't beat the thrill of the hunt. You never know whats just below that surface when the coil sounds. Looks like some great finds.
