Nokta Golden King DPR plus

Hi everyone,

I m new here and need some help with my Golden king dpr plus.

I have a problem with ground balance and i cant start searching.
when i start to balance the detector need to push to reset button when ask it, but no action at all.
Try to bypass this step pushing the button "1" and go directly to the scan screen but no result.
Can any one help me on that please.
