To anyone here that has tested the Impact w/wireless headphones- have you noticed any interference from your pinpointer? My Dues and Whites TRX hate each other.

To anyone here that has tested the Impact w/wireless headphones- have you noticed any interference from your pinpointer? My Dues and Whites TRX hate each other.

Tell you what,,give me a few minutes,,,I will test for playing well together using the wireless headphones and trx,,Garrett propointer,,and Makro pointer.

Will report back here.

Thank you! Might even test for interference on each of Impacts 3 frequencies.

Dues at 12kHz is especially bad

Alright did the test,,Impact had smallest coil on,,but I got the pointers in both on and off positions,,rather close to coil when testing,,control box and wireless headphones.

Checked using DI99 mode,,99 gain, 0 disc.

White's trx good pass on all 3 Impact freqs.
Garrett propointer good pass on all Impact freqs.
Makro Pointer good pass on 14 kHz only ,,poor on 5khz and 20khz,,real ear full of interference.

Now this poor result noted here is not driven by wireless headphones,,,more like interference between detector and pin Pointer.
Checked with wireless headphones and wired headphones,,,same results noted.

And checked by changing the freq using offset on Impact with each of the 3 primary freq selections.
