I have the Nokta Pulse Dive. got it for Christmas. have not used it in the water yet but have found alot of junk in my yard with it so far.
 

Slider66, I see you hunt along our Treasure Coast beaches. That being the case, were I you, I'd stick with the Minelabs you have. The SImplex is a single frequency machine and can't really compete with multi frequency machines in a saltwater environment.

I mostly use my Excal’s and have a nox 800. I was overseas when I saw the Simplex. I liked the portability with it. I always travel with two Excals and my nox. I was just curious about it and for the price of 300 it looked like it was rugged and well made.
