After unloading in Eureka, Ca this morning, I took these today along Hwy 101 & 199 on the way to Oregon. Weather was fair at times.

gorgeous shots ron! Wish I could bag one of those Roosevelt Elk. That would fill the freezer. Those are the places we go when we are ocean fishing. Hoping to get out one more time this year. Beautiful place!

No, I didn't get one of that scene. I was heading north and the turnout is on the opposite side of the highway. I don't like to cross over to the other side on a curvy road like 101.

what camera are you using now?

Yeah PB, If I remember right, the Roosevelts have bigger bodies, but smaller antlers than Rocky mountain elk.

I'm using a Canon 5D mark III now. Still same lenses. I used a 24-105L lens for these.
