North east georgia points and tools.

Found these points and tools in north east georgia. All from the same site. 4 feet deep on private property with permission.

Can anyone help me with the quartz piece. Is this an unfinished point? A knife?

Also, is there anything here that would conclude what period these are from?

Savannah Rivers I believe. Probably find some Guilford points in the same hole
